  • You will be assisted through the formalities and escorted to the boarding gate

QF-03-006 Connecting Meet & Greet - Same Day Report

  • You will be met by our agent as you disembark from your flight

  • You will be escorted through customs / immigration

  • You will be escorted and assisted with your baggage

  • You will be escorted to the SAP office to collect and clear your rifle/s

  • You will be assisted with check-in for your connecting flight

  • You will be assisted with the clearance and export of your firearm

  • You will be escorted to the boarding gate for your connecting flight

QF-03-019 Application Submission Notification Report

  • CAD Numbers will be allocated on this platform 

  • Submission email must be sent on completion of the permit application

  • Submission will be added to the calendar to remind when the application is due for collection

  • By completing this form, a notification will be sent with a pdf. attachment to be included in the confirmation

QF-03-011 Firearm Storage & Transportation Service Report

  • You will be met by our agent at the SAP Permit Office.

  • Your firearm case will be opened, inspected and sealed by our agents.

  • Your firearm will be transported in a safe guarded vehicle to the storage hub.

  • Your firearm will be locked in a vault which is under 24 hour security surveillance.

  • Your firearm will be returned to the SAP Permit Office on the day of your return.

  • Your firearm will be delivered to you personally in accordance with your flight arrangements.
